Visit us in (almost) any hall of Embedded World 2014
Published:
For the tenth time as visitors, for the second – as exhibitors, we will be at Embedded World in Nürnberg on 25-27.02.2014, exchanging smiles, business cards and ideas with everyone we meet, be it by chance or prior arrangement. If you do not want to leave things to chance, write me at mgielda@antmicro.com!
This time we are making our presence quite visible – which reflects a very positive network of cooperations that is growing around our company.
Just like last year, in hall 4A you can come see us in our own booth, side by side with our partner from Switzerland, Enclustra – at an easily memorizable spot 4A/111. We will be exhibiting our work around open source technologies, our emulation framework – Emul8 – as well as our production-ready Android BSP for Enclustra’s Mars ZX3 Zynq module (though we’re also offering Linux and eCos services and other goodies for the board and Zynq in general).
But this is not by far the end of the list of things we will be showing – this year we will also be present on two booths of Toradex, our other Swiss friends – 1/118 and 4/139. Be there to see a first fully open dual-OS application of the hybrid multicore Vybrid CPU from Freescale. We will be helping Toradex to show and explain the advantages of their fantastic, dirt-cheap (but high-quality) Vybrid module. As a surprise news they have also prepared a new i.mx6 module. Great stuff!
Expect more information on our cooperation with Toradex to come in a joint press release.
Last but not least, thanks to our great cooperation with Adapteva around their Parallella board about which I have written a couple of times before, one of us will also be present in Hall 5, booth 178. Bringing parallel computing to a broad public is a groundbreaking idea and we’re glad to see it near completion. It is very fortunate that the Adapteva guys can be with us in Europe at the hub for embedded technology enthusiasts, which EW essentially is.
If you were hesitant whether to come to EW this year, be assured that the trip will be worth the time. Looking forward to seeing you!
